About Bartłomiej Bożko

I am the founder of Easy Mortgage and a mortgage expert with more than 15 years of experience in the Polish lending market. For most of that time I have worked with one group above all others: foreign nationals buying a home in Poland. EU and non-EU citizens, IT contractors on B2B, Blue Card and residence-card holders, and corporate professionals who have just relocated.

Most brokers in Poland are set up around Polish clients and treat a foreign application as the difficult exception. I built Easy Mortgage the other way round. The foreign buyer is the whole job, so the questions that stop other applications early - a residence card with limited validity, income paid in a foreign currency, a B2B contract, a deposit transferred from abroad - are the cases I handle every week.

I run each case in English from the first call to the notary, compare offers across 15+ banks as a partner of NOTUS Finanse S.A., and translate every bank message so nothing is lost. My advice and application work cost the client nothing, because the bank settles the broker's commission only after the mortgage completes.
